Our utilization analytics department monitors how members use mental health benefits, identifying opportunities for quality care and cost savings. We watch for trends in diagnoses and outcomes – and guide you and your members as necessary.
This precise, measured approach allows us to provide comprehensive case and disease management services that support your members with ongoing mental health or substance abuse challenges. We work directly with these individuals to ensure they receive follow-up care and adhere to prescribed treatments to optimize health.
